Evolution in the Details: Debuting the Scarbo-Equipped 964 at Air|Water 2026

The Porsche community descended upon Costa Mesa, CA for the Air|Water 2026 event—a sea of air-cooled icons and modern water-cooled marvels. For OTTO WERKS, it was the perfect stage to showcase the latest evolution of our 964 project.

While this car is still in progress, we reached a major milestone that we couldn't wait to share: the integration of a world-class suspension system developed in collaboration with Scarbo Technik.

A First Look at Air | Water

The debut in Costa Mesa wasn't about showing a "finished" product; it was about showing the process. We wanted to give enthusiasts a look under the skin at the high-end hardware that will define how this car behaves when it's finally unleashed.

It’s clear that the community appreciates the "function-first" approach we’re taking. Seeing the Scarbo Technik components tucked into the 964 wheel wells drew a crowd of technical-minded fans who understand that true performance starts from the ground up.

The Road Ahead

With the suspension dialed in, the foundation is set. This 964 is already a completely different animal than it was just a few months ago. Having the Scarbo team by our side at Air | Water was the perfect way to celebrate this technical leap forward.

We’re just getting started on this build, but the "Scarbo-spec" footwork has set a very high bar for everything else to come.
